Return Policy
Contacts America guarantees that you receive the exact contact lenses that you specified in your order (and were confirmed by your eye care practioner). All your lenses will arrive sealed in the manufacturer's sterile packaging or your purchase will be refunded. In addition, if within 30 days of placing your order the product is found unsatisfactory all unopened boxes or vials may be returned for a full refund.*
How to Return Your Order:
- Step 1 – Obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number by contacting the Contacts America Customer Service Department. All returned products MUST be accompanied by a valid RMA Number.
- Step 2 – Fill out an Order Return Form. Print this form.
- Step 3 – Re-pack sealed and unopened contact lens vials or boxes for return. You must include a copy of the Original Packing slip and a filled out Order Return Form with the lenses you would like to return.
- Step 4 – Mail the Package to:

Notes:
- We recommend that you ship all returns via traceable insured mail for your protection. We do not assume responsibility for any returns that are misdirected, damaged, or lost during shipment.
- Contact Lenses are an FDA regulated product (they are classified as a Class III device). Federal law prohibits Contacts America from accepting opened products for return or exchange unless a product defect exists.
- It may take up to 6 weeks to complete your return. So please, be patient.
- All Custom Lenses (including novelty and made-to-order lenses) can not be canceled, returned, or exchanged.
- Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.
- A $2.50 fee will apply to each processed return.
