It’s easy to return or exchange contact lenses at Contacts America. Just give us a call and we’ll take it from there!
You can speak with one of our friendly Customer Service Representatives at 1-800-570-LENS (570-5367). Or if you prefer, you can email us at Service@ContactsAmerica.com to get the simple return instructions.
Please do not return your order without first contacting us. We need to provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number to ensure your return is handled quickly and efficiently.
If your prescription changes we welcome your unopened and unexpired contact lenses.
And by the way, we also cover the cost of returning your contact lenses!
