How do I order a product?
At the top of every page on our site you will find three easy to use navigational dropdowns which will allow you to locate lenses by Lens Name, Manufacturer Name, or Lens Type. Simply browse through our Web site, either to find the lens that you currently wear or to explore possible alternative lenses to discuss with your eye care professional. When you find the lens you would like to purchase, simply select the correct prescription and add it to your shopping cart by clicking "Add to Cart". The shopping cart will hold everything for you until you are ready to check out.
Step by Step Checkout Process
Step 1: Choose a Shipping Method
- Select your Shipping Method from the Drop Down
- The Available Shipping Methods will be determined by the Shipping Address entered in Step 2
Step 2: Confirm Billing and Shipping Address
- Review the On File Billing and Shipping Address
- Enter Any Necessary Changes - either to update an address or select an alternative shipping address
- Review Changes
- Review Shipping Method
- Click "Continue" Button at the Bottom of the Page
Step 3: Final Shopping Cart Review
- Review Quantities and Prescription information for each Item
- Review the Subtotal, Shipping, and Grand Total Information
- If you need to make a change click the 'Go Back' Button at the Bottom of the Page
- Update either/both the Product and Personal Information
- When your changes are complete, return to the Checkout Process by clicking 'Continue'
Step 4: Enter Payment Information
- Enter or Confirm your Credit Card Information
- Enter your Account Password
- Once you have entered the correct information click 'Finalize Order' button
- Once you have clicked this Button your Order will enter our system for processing
Step 5: Confirmation Page
- Your Order is now complete, thank you for ordering from Contacts America
- Review/Print the Order Confirmation page for your records
