Because of the volume we ship we are able to stock 90% of all popular contact lens prescriptions. If your lenses fall into these common parameters we will process your order the day we receive it and ship it the following day. If your order is an uncommon prescription it may take longer to process, specifically many toric lenses have to be special ordered, this can take up to an additional 5 business days to process, so please be patient. Orders received between 6:00 PM (CST) on Friday and 12:00 PM (CST) Sunday will be processed Monday and shipped Tuesday pending availability of the lenses ordered.

Each lens is assigned an Availability to represent our estimation on processing times for those lenses. Each of the Availabilities below indicates how long until orders containing those lenses will take to process, you need to add the estimated shipping time for your shipping method for an accurate estimate on how long until you will receive your lenses.

Sample Availability

1. In stock - Orders normally ship same day if ordered by 2 PM CST - These are our most popular lenses - we take extra care to keep them in stock. In general they ship the same day if order by 2 PM CST.
2. Orders normally ship within 1-2 days - These are the bulk of our lenses, we keep as many of them in stock as possible and most lenses will ship same day if ordered by 2PM CST.
3. Made to Order Lens - Please allows 3-4 weeks for delivery - These lenses need to be custom ordered and prepared and therefore take longer to process. Expect between 3-4 weeks processing time before these lenses will be shipped.
4. % of lenses in stock - In stock parameters normally ship same day if ordered by 2 PM CST - These lenses are in stock up to a certain percent - this percent almost always covers the center power ranges between +4.00 to about -6.00. Beyond those parameters these lenses take 1-5 days to process.
